Equipment Supports

Equipment Supports

Equipment Supports are prefabricated structural bases designed to elevate and support rooftop HVAC equipment on flat or low-slope roofs.

These supports help distribute equipment loads, protect roof membranes, and provide a solid foundation for mechanical units — saving installation time and improving long-term performance.

Why Choose Curbs Plus Equipment Supports?

✔ Durable Steel Construction — Built from G-90 galvanized steel with structural reinforcements to handle heavy rooftop loads.

✔ Watertight, Welded Design — Continuous welds help keep moisture out and protect the roof membrane.

✔ Prefabricated and Ready to Install — Ships assembled to reduce labor and minimize field fabrication.

✔ Multiple Support Options — Choose the model that fits your equipment size and installation requirements.

✔ Easy Specification — Drawings and specs are available for planning, submittals, and ordering.

✔ Trusted Reinforcement — Internal C-channels and spreaders provide strength where it matters most.

CPES-1 – Conventional Roof Equipment Support

A reliable all-purpose rooftop support for standard mechanical units:

  • Durable G-90 galvanized steel body with welded seams

  • Reinforced with full-depth internal C-channels and spreaders

  • Raised 3″ cant adds height and clearance for roof membrane and equipment

  • Pressure-treated wood nailer (3½″ width) for secure attachment

  • Ideal for elevating packaged units, air handlers, and similar rooftop equipment

CPES-1

CPES-2 – Conventional Roof Equipment Support

Built for larger or heavier rooftop units that need a bit more reinforcement:

  • Same rugged galvanized construction and weld quality as CPES-1

  • Internal C-channels and spreader channels for increased strength

  • Standard 3″ cant with pressure-treated wood nailer

  • A versatile choice across many rooftop mechanical applications

CPES-3 – Conventional Roof Equipment Support

A straight-through roof support for equipment mounting where additional cant isn’t needed:

  • Fully welded, one-piece galvanized steel construction

  • Reinforcing channels and spreaders for maximum rigidity

  • Pressure-treated wood nailer for secure rooftop attachment

  • Great choice for rooftop equipment that doesn’t require a raised cant
